Birthday Party Booking

Service Description

* Two hours for $300 * Up to 10 children and 15 adults. Additional children $30 each. * Birthday banner and gift for the birthday child. * 1 hour horse rides (two horses). While children wait for their turn to ride, parents take children on a nature scavenger hunt. We provide the clues!  * Meet our miniature horses. * Bring your own party supplies in our covered pavilion. * Chairs, 3 long tables with cloth tablecloths for food items, trash and recycling containers * Each child receives special swag according the package selected $100 nonrefundable deposit due to book. The remainder will be paid prior to or day of the party. An invoice will be sent with the remaining balance (any additional fees from the A La Carte items will be reflected on your invoice).

Cancellation Policy

When you book your birthday party at our farm, your group gets a private time block with hosted farm activities. If you cancel, we will not be able to make your time frame available to others. For retreats, please note that we are holding a spot for you so reservations for these events are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend you can transfer your reservation to a friend. All activities are outdoors, and we will only reschedule if severe weather is predicted. Cancellations due to severe weather will be sent via email.
