Fun-Filled Birthday Parties
Round-Up your friends & family and mosey on over to Forest Meadow Ranch for a celebration to remember! Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive event, where all you have to do is kick-back, relax and participate in making memories with your family! Your party will take place in a rustic and peaceful setting that will surely help you feel at ease. Your children are sure to receive lots of entertainment from our staff, horses and farm life. Our parties take place on Fridays and Saturdays, at either 10:30 AM or 1:30 PM. You can choose from all sorts of add-ons and packages to fit your needs. Basically, if you dream it, we can make it happen!
All Parties Include
Two hours for $300.
Up to 10 children and 15 adults. Additional children $30 each.
Birthday banner and gift for the birthday child.
1 hour horse rides (1-2 horses). While children wait for their turn to ride, parents take children on a nature scavenger hunt. We provide the clues!

Chairs, 3 long tables with cloth tablecloths for food items, trash and recycling containers.
Each child receives special swag according the package selected.

A La Carte Extras
Enjoy ½ hour of fun-filled games the whole group can get involved in! Our team will lead your party members through a variety of active games like gunny sack races, pin the tail on the donkey, relays, wheelbarrow races and more! $50
Meet Mini Unicorns
Unicorns are magical beings who bring joy to all. Add this unique ½ hour event to your party. The children will be up close to meet and groom our mini unicorns. $50
Send guests home with a delicious cookie pops from Baker’s Rhapsody. Each cookie on a stick is beautifully designed and individually wrapped. These cookies must be preordered at least two weeks in advance. They can make horse shaped cookies or a different theme for you! $50 per dozen.
Old Fashioned S’mores
Gather around our firepit to roast marshmallows to capture even more sweet memories of the day. Includes one bag of marshmallows, one box of graham crackers, one package of Hershey’s candy bars, roasting sticks and use of the fire pit. $25
Get Your Craft On
Paint your own 5” x 8” ceramic horse or paint your own design on a 5 x 7 canvas to take home! $150 (Up to 10 children. Additional children $15 each).
Party Meal Deal
Eight large cheese pizzas delivered from a local restaurant, 24-pack of bottled water in a tub of ice. $165 Additional children $15 each.
Extra Party Time
Extend your party time at the covered patio area. Three long tables with cloth tablecloths, 1 round table and chairs included. $100
Luxury Restroom Trailer
A standard porta potty is available with hand sanitizer, but we can order a luxury restroom trailer for your party. $250

Get creative with a custom themed party! Would you like an Amazing Race themed birthday party? Do you have pirates who want to look for buried treasure? We can do that too! We have everything you need to make your child’s birthday one to remember. Let us know the theme and we will create the perfect party! $150

Birthday Party FAQ:
Contact Leah at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions you may have. Secure your date, pay your deposit and print liability forms through our website.
Q: Is there a down payment required?
A: Yes, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your party date. The remaining balance will be due prior to or the day of the party. We accept cash, check or Venmo, and we will send an invoice for the remaining baIance via email. If the weather is severe, (ie: lightning, high winds) we will reschedule, but we will hold parties if it rains. Please come prepared for the SW Michigan weather. Horseback rides take place in an outdoor arena. If weather is severe, we will give you a call if cancellation is necessary.
Q: Why is the deposit non refundable?
A: When you book your party at our farm, your group gets a private time block with hosted farm activities. If you cancel, we will not be able to make your time frame available to others. You are welcome to schedule another party.
Q: What is the atmosphere like at Forest Meadow Ranch?
A: Our farm is nestled in a beautiful wooded area and comes complete with dust, flies and farm smells. All time with the horses will be outside in our outdoor riding arena. It is very peaceful, private and so good for the soul. We feel you will love it here!
Q: Is there a liability waiver required?
A: Yes! All birthday party participants or individuals planning to be around the horses or riding need to have a signed liability waiver. We recommend this be printed and brought with you to save time at check in. Here is the link needed. Q: Are riding helmets provided?
A: No, but you're welcome to bring your own. Bicycle helmets are just fine. Birthday party children will be helped onto their horse and led at all times by one of our wonderful horse handlers.
Q: Can the adults ride the horses?
A: We are sorry to say no to this as there won’t be time during your party, but please ask us about our parties for adults.
Q: What type of footwear is required?
A: Any participants planning to be near horses must have closed toed shoes. We recommend this for everyone visiting Forest Meadow Ranch as this is a working farm in a woodland setting.
Q: How many children and adults can attend?
A: All of the packages are set with pricing for up to 10 children with a maximum of 15 adults in attendance. All parties with more than 15 adults will have to meet a minimum spend of $400. This can include add ons. (Please check your party package information to see the charge for additional children/adults).
Q: Is there a restroom facility?
A: We have a standard porta potty but your group can add on a luxury restroom trailer to your party. Check our A La Carte page.
Q: How many guests can your private seating area accommodate?
A: We have chairs for 24 people.
Q: Can we bring in our own food and drinks?
A: Yes, of course! We highly recommend cupcakes to reduce waste. We provide trash and recycling bins.
Q: How early can we arrive?
A: 20-30 minutes before your scheduled event time.
Q: How late may we stay?
A: Please be respectful of your time slot, as we have other commitments. Any additional time over will be charged an additional $15 for every 10 minutes over the scheduled time.
Q: Are there any party decorations or party elements prohibited?
A: Please no balloons, pinatas, fireworks, loud music or drones. This is for the safety of our animals and environment.
Q: Where can we park?
A: When you arrive at Forest Meadow Ranch, please drive slowly down our ½ mile driveway (you will pass two homes) until you see the horse fencing. All guests need to park along the fenceline, walk to the barn area and up to the check in area.
Q: Where will we set up our decorations and party supplies?
A: We have a lovely covered patio with twinkly lights for your party to take place.
Q: Can we bring dogs or other pets to the farm?
A: No. Please know we'd love to meet them, but for the safety of our horses we would like them to stay home.
