How long is a typical session?

Equine-assisted therapy sessions are one hour in length. Team building sessions are customized to fit the needs of the group but are at least two hours in length.
How much does a session cost?

Equine-assisted therapy sessions are $150, and we accept most forms of insurance.
Do I need to have horse experience?

No horse experience is necessary. Since there isn’t any riding involved, our team will help you work safely with the horses.

Our COVID-19 Policy

Forest Meadow Ranch cares about the safety of our guests and staff. While participating in events held at FMR, guests and participants are encouraged to practice smart hand hygiene at all times. Because our facility is a ranch with simple accommodations and mainly outdoor activities, we do our best to ensure horse tack, equipment, and high-touch areas are sanitized on a regular basis. We have a portable restroom on site that is equipped with sanitizing wipes. We also provide hand sanitizer throughout our facility.

If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with a confirmed COVID-19 case, we ask that you stay home. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Forest Meadow Ranch cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. We respectfully request that all guests, participants, and staff report any symptoms or COVID-19 diagnosis following any interaction with our facility.
