Service Description

A Five-Week Workshop to Promote Positive Change . This Resiliency program is $250 per person and is presented in five sessions. With this 100% ground based program (no riding), participants will actively work on many areas of life that often cause stress. Relationship issues, school challenges, tragedy, trauma or adversity. When people can effectively deal with stress they are more confident and resilient. When youth are resilient, they are braver, more curious, more adaptable and more able to extend their reach into the world. This group work is very powerful, fun, and further contributes to social intelligence. The presence of the horses and the content of material presented seem to bring about and deepen the strengths of the emotionally healthy and soothe and heal the needs of those with emotional wounds or scars. Each week will have a different focus; - Respect - Responsibility - Relationship skills - Boundaries - Empathy - Choices & Consequences We are limiting each group to ten participants. All the sessions take place outside in the pasture with the horses. Prepare to dress for the weather and closed toe shoes are required.
